Most independent pubs run two or three wholesale accounts, each with its own prices, minimums, cut-offs and invoices. It works, but it costs a morning a week and it is almost impossible to tell whether you are being charged well.

ONEPUBS replaces that with one account. You order your whole bar in one place, we handle the sourcing behind it, and you get a single delivery window and a single invoice. If you are searching for a drinks wholesaler for your pub, this is the same job done with less admin — though we are not a warehouse: we are the layer in front of the supply chain, which is what lets a single site buy on group-scale terms.

01

One order

Your whole bar in a single basket — draught, packaged, spirits, minerals — priced for your venue before you check out.

02

We source it

We work out the most cost-effective legal way to fulfil that order across the accounts available to your venue. You never manage it.

03

One delivery window

Your cut-off and delivery days are fixed per venue, so the drop is predictable enough to staff around.

04

One invoice

A single bill for the whole order rather than a reconciliation exercise across three accounts.

What you can order

The full range and how pricing is set per venue is covered on the wet supply page; this page is the short version.

Draught, packaged beer and cider, wines, spirits, minerals and post-mix — the full bar, with real product detail rather than a code list. Glassware and one-off bar requests are handled through the portal too.

Where we supply

Independent pubs across the United Kingdom. Pricing, delivery days and ordering cut-offs are set per venue when the account opens, so terms reflect your site rather than a postcode band.

Common questions

Do you supply independent pubs across the UK?

Yes. We supply independent pubs nationwide. Your pricing and delivery days are set up per venue when you open an account, so a single site gets the same terms structure as a group.

How is this different from opening accounts with wholesalers myself?

You hold one account instead of several. We work out the most cost-effective legal way to source each order across the accounts available to your venue, arrange the delivery, and raise one invoice. You place one order and reconcile one bill.

What does it cost?

There is no fee to hold an account. You pay for what you order, at pricing agreed for your venue. Book a venue review and you get your numbers whether or not you go ahead.

What is the minimum order?

Orders start at £600 excluding VAT across the whole order, which is roughly a normal weekly drop for most independent pubs.

How quickly can you deliver?

Each venue has its own ordering cut-off and delivery days, set when the account opens. Order before your cut-off and the drop lands on your next scheduled day; after it, a same-week delivery can usually still be arranged for a fixed off-day fee.

Do I have to change everything at once?

No. Most operators start with wet supply and add gaming, back-office or commercial services later, if at all.

Run the pub. We’ll handle the infrastructure.

A venue review is free, takes about an hour, and you get the numbers whether you work with us or not.
