Supplier deals for pubs
Terms negotiated once across our sites and opened up to yours: business energy, trade waste collection and food supply. One point of contact instead of four renewals a year.
A single pub negotiates alone, once every few years, usually in a hurry. We negotiate the same things repeatedly across our own sites, and open those arrangements up to the pubs we work with. We are not the supplier in any of these — we make the introduction and stay in it if something goes wrong.
Business energy
Pub energy contracts are renewed rarely and negotiated badly, usually because the renewal lands in a busy week and rolling over is the path of least resistance. We put you in front of the arrangements we use ourselves. The contract and the rates are between you and the supplier — we handle getting you there and chasing it through.
Trade waste
Waste collection is one of the easiest line items to overpay on, because contracts auto-renew quietly and pricing is rarely compared. Glass volumes alone make a pub a different customer from a shop, and the collection schedule should reflect that rather than a standard commercial round.
Food suppliers
For sites doing food, supply terms are usually set once when the kitchen opens and then left. We can introduce you to the suppliers we buy through, so a single kitchen is not negotiating on its own volume.
Common questions
Are you the supplier?
No. These are introductions to arrangements we already use. The contract is between you and the supplier — we handle the introduction and stay involved if something goes wrong, rather than selling you the service ourselves.
Do I have to take drinks supply to get these?
The deals sit alongside the rest of what we do. Most operators come to us for wet supply or The One Package first, but the commercial arrangements are part of the same relationship rather than a separate purchase.
Will you tell me what I would save?
Only once we have seen your current terms. Anyone quoting you a saving before looking at your existing contract is guessing, and pub energy and waste pricing varies far too much for a headline figure to mean anything.
What does it cost to use these?
Nothing to you. Talk to us and we will be straight with you about how any given arrangement works commercially for us.
Run the pub. We’ll handle the infrastructure.
A venue review is free, takes about an hour, and you get the numbers whether you work with us or not.
